Filmed with a single shot, the entire movie develops one big situation: in front of a block of flats, a rescue car has to rush a suicidal young woman who has slit her wrists to hospital. Things get complicated, though, as the nurse has a phobia of blood, the jumpy neighbors manage to stall things, and the mishap sends another accident on their heads, an explosion in which two elderly people are injured.
