An awards-winning Maryland Public Television (MPT)-produced PBS documentary, Marge & Walter, focused on Walter and wife Marge's life together during his final months of life, particularly on Marge's devoted caregiving efforts and mounting concerns as Walter descended into increasingly poor health.
